Here’s a guide i made on how to move the central administration site from one server to another:

1. Start the SharePoint Products and Technology Wizard on the computer running Central Admin

2. Select “do not disconnect from farm”

3. Select “yes, i want to remove the website from this machine”

4. Ok

Now on the machine that you wan’t to host the Central Admin Site:

1. Start the SharePoint Products and Technology Wizard

2. Select “do not disconnect from farm”

3. Choose yes on the wizard asking you if this machine is going to host the Central Admin Site

4. Finnish

Your done!
